Holy Communion Confirmation - the confirmation catechism team prepare a detailed course of sessions and awaydays to help those who are preparing for the Sacrament of Confirmation to fully explore and deepen their faith with the guidance of the Holy Spirit
RCIA - the RCIA catechism team guide and assist those who are interested in entering into the Catholic faith.
Some catechists work only with one group, others in more than one. Some catechists are also available for individual instruction, for example for those who are past the normal age to receive sacraments such as First Communion or Confirmation.
Anyone can be a catechist if they feel confident in their faith and would like to pass it on to others. If you are uncertain about your ability to teach others, training can be arranged. Please contact Fr. Lucas if you are interested.
